My game round got stuck and my win is missing

Unfortunately, due to technical difficulties, a game round can sometimes get stuck and a win may not be added immediately to your account. In this case, try clearing your browser cache and cookies in your browser and restart your device - this may fix the issue right away.

In some cases, there may be a small delay between a win occurring  and being credited to your account. If this happens, don’t worry. The game rounds are saved in the system and we will be able to check this with our technical department to find your winnings. Please provide our Customer Service team with the time and date of the round and the name of the game where you experienced the issue.
